i would just start calling... i think you have a good chance! some photogs have more than one photographer also...

I would totally book a new photographer immediately! If you have a bad feeling you should go with your gut.

Getting a new photographer 7 weeks before my wedding. I'm bugging out (I swear my first bug out). I've had a bad feeling about the studio I chose, and I got my engagement photos back and they are AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just did this same thing and I am so much happier with my choice!!! I thnk if you are worried at all, get someone new!

If you do I bet it will be ALOT cheaper. When I was calling photogs this march for my weddiing NEXT March, one of them thought it was for March '06 and was like 2 weeks away so he offered me a kick@ss deal. . Its kinda like when you book trips. It gets really cheap when you book last minute because if there is availability they know they won't be booking up.

I'm starting to have doubts about my photographer as well. the only thing is is the cancellation fee for doing it so close to the wedding. its almost as much as the photos.

i think you should calm down...my sister hated her engagement pics and her reg pics came out fine. if you are that uncomfortable then switch...

I think the chances are still good.
Many places have multiple photogs available the same day.
Post on the vendors site maybe.

If you dont feel good about it, trust yourself!!

Particularly if there wont be a large fee incurred.
