1 Month Checkup!

Well she grew!!!

7 lbs 8 oz - up from 5 lbs 12 oz!! I am so happy ! So he said we can slow down on the supplementing, and only give her an ounce at a time.

He's not sure if we are dealing with colic, or with irritation to the formula, so we are changing to soy formula to see if that helps with her crying and grunting and all that stuff. If not, then we've got a colicky baby and will just have to wait it out!

Yeah to Sophia, look at your big girl, I hope she is not colicky, I hope its just the formula. Take care Jen. Any new pix for us

YAY!!! Good Job Sophia and Mommy!! Hopefully the switch to soy formula will do the trick - it definitely helped us!!

Jenny I had to switch Justin to Isomil for his gas and it worked wonders. Good Luck

Jenny - a lot of babies go through this, and it peaks at 6 weeks. After that, the crying pretty much stops. It's quite normal. Hope that helps, and hope that that's what it is....
