1 month to the wedding and 2 members of the BP gone

Well, it's been a rough day for us.

This morning FH tells me that his friend from FL flaked as expected. The guy didn't even have the curteousy to call him. He sent him a text message saying he's not coming to the wedding.

The evening I call my friend, I told her we hadn't really discussed it since I didn't want to pressure her but I need an answer. She's not coming Completely understandable, she's got so much going on but i'm still a little dissapointed nonetheless.

On the positive side at least we're still even. Plus we save money in the long run. We are down to 3 and 3.

Now I need to call the florist and let them know 1 less bouqet and boutteniere.

I felt bad about the dress...from what she told me, she went to DB and bought one, then a few weeks later had to change it to a maternity dress and now she can't even use it. I still might get her a little something though.

He never went for measurements for the tux so no $ exchanged hands...i don't think the shop will have a problem with it thankfully.
