Someone posted this on the long island board in Location, Location on the weight watchers board.
She said they are yummy. 1 bagel is 1 point. You have to order 6 bags at a time though. They are $3.75 a bag, and 5 come in a bag.Western bagel

How do they know it's 1 point though? I saw on 3 different parts of the WW website that 3 0z of chicken breast was 4 pts, then 3.5 pts and then 2.5 pts!!!!! I would rather see the nutritional information and use my slide to figure it out.

I just used my slide with the onion bagel and it is just one point.... but if you eat two it will be 3 pioints.. i wonder what they taste like...?? most likely bread.. its not a NY bagel

I looked at the ingreadients for both and there is no salt sugar and Frutose in the alternative bagel so it is actually bettre for you
