I have been living with FI for the last 9 months, and there was definately an adjustment period!! I am kind of messy.. like I leave all of my clothes all over the bedroom, and I leave all of my school stuff all over the apartment.. FI did not like this, and it look a while for me to break these habits and become a neater person. Also, FI wakes up a lot earlier than I do, so he goes to bed a lot earlier than I do. We had some issues with me waking him up when I went in to bed and him waking me up in the morning when he woke up.
It took us a little while to adjust to each others living conditions and to get used to each others schedules, but now that we have I absolutely love living with him!!!

FH and I have been living together for about 2 years now and about 1 year in our own apt. We didn't really have an adjustment phase, everything just kinda fell into place when he moved in with me and one of my roommates. It wasn't until we got our own place last year that there was some adjustment. We got a puppy right away and that added some extra stress but then everything worked itself out. FH does most of the outside things and I do laundry and clean inside. If he cooks, I clean and vice versa. The one thing i hate is when he leaves his dirty clothes all over the place instead of putting it in the hamper but other than that he's pretty clean and so am I. The best part of living together is that he cooks for me all the time and I looove our nights on the couch in front of our fireplace with a glass of wine or having friends over for dinner. We also love to garden together. And of course, waking up next to each other is a wonderful way to start the day.

We've been living together for a little over a year and its been amazing!!! There wasn't really an adjustment phase, things just felt right! Everyone always says that you'll find out all these weird quirks about each other and you'll be so glad that you moved in before you got married so that you know that it'll work, but for us that wasn't the case. I guess bc we've been together for so long that we already knew everything there is to know so there weren't any 'surprises'. I already knew that he's anal and super neat and that he'll get annoyed that I'm a little bit messy during the week and then clean up on the weekends. I can't think of any negatives to living together, only positives! Its really great to make a home with the 2 of you and to wake up and go to bed together everyday! After waiting sooooo many years, its really amazing to live together

FH and I have been living together for about 2 ½ years now. We live in our own apartment. We had a little bit of an adjustment period but nothing major at all…FH has a tendency to forget the fact that we have laundry baskets and leaves his clothes all over the place…but other than that small detail FH is very clean. FH husband also had to get use to sharing things…growing up having only one brother(who is much younger) FH had always had his own room …own closet…own bed...so at first he had to get use to sharing(as silly as that sounds). I come from a family of 4 children and never had my own room so it was a cake walk for me. I do the cooking; cleaning...laundry and FH does all the handy work needed. The best part of living together is coming home to each other at the end of the day, Saying goodnight to each other before you go to sleep and waking up to each other the next morning.

FI and I have lived together a little over a year now. I honestly couldn't be happier with the way things are. We wake up, go to work, when we get home we both take some time to ourselves to unwind and then we just relax with each other until we go to bed.
Not to say we both don't do little things that annoy each other, but that's normal and nothing at all close to major.

FH and I lived together in an apartment for our last 2 years of college. It was the best thing ever. We both shared every responsibility and really enjoyed it.
The only issue we ever ran into was money related since we were both in school full time and I didn't work, and he only worked like 20 hours a week.
I can't wait to live with him again.

FH and I have been living together about 10 months. Each day is a new adventure with us. Our adjustment phase was pretty ok, not tooo rough. There was him learning to stay on his side of the bed....which still doesnt happen lol, me learning to get used to the fact he wont stay in his own bed. There was huge privacy issue for a while, becuse he grew up with a no closed door policy in his house and my sisters and I were all about locking doors. And sharing the TV is still something we're working out lol. Of course money issues but who doesnt have those? The last rough part was when I first moved in, his brother and his daughter. His brother I wanted to beat with a bat because he was a jerky free loader. And his daughter who lives with us every other weekend never wanted to go to bed and always woke up screaming and crying...we fixed that problem with time, she was still adjusting to spending overnites. She's such a cutey I love her to death. But other than those adjustments life's been peachy with the hubs. :) ...SORRY FOR THE NOVEL!
