I'd go with....

I think the RH is a MAJOR choice, so I'd want to choose that to make sure that I loved the decor and that the food was amazing.

The dress is something I've been dreaming about forever, so this one I have to pick!

You will wear your wedding band for the rest of your life, so this is an important pick.

Photos are SOOO important to me, so I would want to make sure that I loved my photog.

5th choice was a toss up between the cake and the DJ...I went with the cake bc I am obsessed with dessert and want to make sure the cake is delicious and beautiful for our pix! I know the DJ is really impt to make the wedding what kind of party you want it to be, but I would feel comfortable with someone else making that decision.

Good question! Cant wait to see what everyone else thinks!

Ok, so I think out of all of these, I would go with the following:

- Wedding Bands
- Photographer
- Dress
- Alcohol
- Cake

Wedding Bands - an obvious choice for what it symbolizes.

Photgrapher - I am a photo freak! There is no way I could possibly give that up.

Dress - At first I thought it wouldn't be as important, but it's my one time to wear something like that so I couldn't pass it up.

Alcohol - I know my guests and pretty much 95% of them would leave if there wasn't beer ... honestly, I would leave too

Cake - cuz my fat a$$ just loves wedding cake It wouldn't even care if it was decorated all fancy, I just want to eat it lol

Wedding Bands- For the symbolism

Photographer- Need some evidence! Haha! Also, need something to look back at.

Flowers- I am a romantic. I feel like they totally set the mood.

Alcohol- It's a celebration people!

Okay my five choices would be:

RH
Dress
Wedding Bands
Photographer
Alcohol

I would definately want to choose the RH because it's the setting of your wedding, and it kind of sets the tone for the whole party. Plus included in the decision aboutt he RH is the menu and things like that. I think its important to have good food at the wedding.

The dress is an important component to pick because I think that you know its your dress once you put it it on. It's such a special and important day in our lives, and I think its important to have a dress that makes you feel special.

I would definately want to pick out the bands myself because its something you have to wear the rest of your life and its a symbol for your committment to eachother.

I'd want to pick the photographer because if your pictures come out bad theres nothing you can do about that. Even though we are trying to stick to a budget I keep telling FI that we cannot cut corners with the photographer. I think this is one of the most important aspects of the wedding planning. I would be devastated if I was not happy with my pictures.

Alcohol is my last choice, and this is important to me because most of our guests are big drinkers. They will most likely not care about the flowers or the decorations they will care about the alcohol. It's important to me that the choices for alcohol are not limited at all.

Alcohol - cause both of our families are big and irish... and we'd be blackballed if there was no booze

DJ - we both love a good dance party

Photog/Video - there are moments at these parties that you I would like to remember for the rest of my life... photographers and videographers are there to makes sure we remember it as it happened...

Wedding Bands -IMO they are a symbol of sealing the marriage... with or without wedding bands you will still be married, but i think they they are just as important as the marriage certificate!

-RH- So i chose RH and didnt put down cake or alcohol bec the RH covers those bases and therefore i dont have to choose lol

-Dress-i have been dreaming of my dress since i was a little munchkin

Although it was hard to not put invites or flowers on here bec i am obsessed with mine!

I would choose:

* RH - I definitely thought that choosing the RH was one of the most important decisions for the whole day. I think that it is important to have your reception in a place that you love!

* Dress - I think that wearing a wedding dress would make me feel like I am an 'official' bride..haha..so not having it I would feel like a major component of the wedding is missing.

* Photographer - I think that photography is one of the most important vendors to book. A lot of newlyweds say that their wedding was a blur. Therefore, the photographs are important so that you can look back on your wedding in the years to come.

* Wedding Bands - They are the official symbol of marriage. Also, FH and I are going to be wearing these rings for the rest of our lives...so they better be rings that we love!

* DJ/Band - I think that most guests enjoy dancing so having great music is a must!!!!!

I picked photography because I am a photography nut. I take pictures of everything - my whole life has been documented especially since the digital cameras came out.

RH because you need a venue for the party.

Wedding bands because those are for life - not just the day of.

Dj because you always need music.

Alcohol because people like to drink and a party is not a party unless there is alcohol.

The only thing I would feel bad leaving off the list is the dress- I love my dress but when it comes down to it - I could wear anything on my day and it will still be MY day and I'll be happy no matter what I'm wearing.
