10 and 10?

Ok- having a job I miss everything I want to be a 10 girl- what is it and how do I become one?

it's a group of girls who have committed to trying to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. each sunday (starting last sunday) we are supposed to post our weight and how much we've lost.
as an additional support tactic, we have also been posting what we eat during the day so we can keep ourselves honest.
it's a pretty good system!

'bump' is to move a post to the top. Sometimes it gets lost you would post 'bump' and the thread goes right back to the top
