10 days away---My nerves are bothering me!!!!

I am loosing weight daily. It is not weight that I planned on loosing, but it is coming off. I have people telling me at work, to stop it...loosing the weight!!!!!!! I can't help it.

Anyone else nerves are out of control

I know how you are feeling, trust me!! My nerves are shot also, and I haven't been feeling well.. and in one week I dropped 5 lbs without even trying (VERY unlike me!)

Yes, I dropped 6 pounds from May till July. I am so NOT at ease..and I am feeling a little on the stappy side. I can't control it. I want to run screaming in my office. I hope I don't be a ditzy...nervous bride on the wedding day. I have to find a way to just relax.

You won't be a ditzy, nervous bride... I know you will calm down, but I can related to just wanting to scream some moments when it all feels overwhelming. I am also worried about the same things as you are, but I do have a feeling once the day is here, all our stress will alleviate a bit and we'll be a lot calmer (at least that's what everyone is telling me!)

And to those ladies who think you WON'T lose weight when you get down to the home stretch .. trust me, you will! I hate dieting and struggled for 6 months to lose weight for the wedding..it took forever to come off.. now I'm not even trying and its happening ! I wish I could always lose weight this easily!!!

I worry about that happening to me. Good luck and TRY to eat and stay calm!!! It will all work out wonderfully!

My stomach has been in knots since last week, but I actually feel pretty calm. I kind of have the 'I don't care anymore' attitude. I just want it to be over and things to get back to normal.

Spitzergirl, relax and just think about when we are chillin on the cruise next sunday evening!

Stop stressing but hey who am I to talk. My BMs had to pin my dress cause I lost weight AFTER I picked up my dress lol.

Yes, I must think ..... On Sunday Aug. 01...

I have to think, that will be the only thing keeping me sane.


O my gosh..a co-worker just came to me and told me, I look like I am scared. I said, yes, I am getting nervous...

My girlfriend, wish..she could loose her weight. I think, I will tell her next time........yes, plan a big wedding and see if your nerves won't be shot......

My nerves have been shot since I hit the 4 month mark.

Your metabolism is probably speeding up tyring to burn off all the nervous energy you have. Try taking a little time to yourself... a hot bath, an extended nap.. anything that will ease your stress even for a little bit.

I feel the same way.... I totally have that I don't care attitude -- although I find I'm eating more and not losing any weight... I kind of wish I was more nervous so I can take off a few pounds.

I don't even have an appetite. When I do eat I've been eating junk, like BBQ and cake, but still lost 3lbs since last week. Go figure!

O my gosh...someone told me today to stop loosing weight. I told them I am not trying.... I have been forcing myself to eat, only because I don't want my dress to fit loose. They measured me, and so for it fits fine. I want it to stay that way. But, every other day, I weigh myself. Just in case.
