Getting ready will prob start at 12, we are arriving at the hall at 3 to start our photos and reveal, and then ceremony starts at 6:30 and then we are having an after party @ our venue till 1am...

We got ours for 12 hours.

I'm sure u can add on 2 hours! Or- see what time cake cutting will be, if it's around 10:00 then you'll be fine if you dont mind them leaving after the cake cutting!

I think 10 should be enough since they usually come towards the end of getting ready anyway!

We only booked our photographer for 8 hours and our videographer for 10 hours. I hope that's enough!

We have the same problem! We booked 10 hours with Lighthouse, except our ceremony starts at 1PM, reception ends at 1AM.

We both definitely want photos of us getting ready.

We're thinking we're going to have photo from 11:00AM-1AM, which is 14 hours...OUCH.

We are having the photographer and videographer for 8 hours each but staggered, so between them they will cover probably around 12 hours. My thought was that everyone has an iphone or great camera these days, and sometimes those are the best pictures. I dont really need my formal photographer for anything after the cake cutting (which they said they could even stage if time were getting to be an issue). Im going to have my photographer start during the getting ready process and leave fairly early, and the videographer will start at the church and leave at the end. I figured my dad could use his video camera to capture the getting ready moments.

We only wanted 8 hours, I didn't need someone there while I was getting hair/makeup done...I'll have one of my BM's snap some of those...

10 hours is more than enough time!! That's what we have too. We'll be leaving the reception at 12, so they'll start at 2PM. That's as early as I'd want them, I don't want photos of me pre-hair and make up!

We are having our photographer for 10 hours as well. He will arrive to the hotel where we are getting ready around noon. Our cocktail hour starts at 6pm. He will leave immediately after the cake cutting.

I'm pretty sure it says on that price sheet they gave us. I'll ask FH to check tomorrow morning!

We are having a 8 hours coverage for photo and video. I feel that is enough since our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are right after the other.

I was just thinking the same thing ... but I am also doing an afterparty at the inn so I might need to add more.

You really only need the photographer there until you cut the cake. So, if you start at 6:30 for your reception, your cake will be cut by 10:30. 10 and a half hours should be enough. See if you can add an extra half hour!
