Love it!! I can relate to most of those nasty surprises!!

ETA: I'm so guilty of the picnic table one, except replace 'picnic table' with 'beautiful antique windsor chairs stacked up in a corner of the basement and covered in cobwebs'...

OMG what a hysterical article!
And BOY is it true!
The windows (we still have the paper shades from Home Depot up in our bay window) and the lawn tools, and the regular tools especially. It's really crazy!!
