10 person BP - will a 10 passenger limo work?

I don't want everyone to feel squeezed in!! It'll be me, FH, 2 MOHs, 2 Best Men, 1 JR Usher, 2 Jr BM and 1 FG.

One good thing is that 4 of the people are little ones!! So should we be okay? I would think but I have no idea what they mean by 10 passenger- if it fits exactly that and no more, or it's how people fit comfortably?
