There was a post on this board a few weeks back about a 10 week body workout in copaigue area...and I swear I saved it to my nokebook, but now it's not there. Anyone have any idea what the name of the place is that I'm asking about..??? I just know that it was in copaigue, and someone posted the site. If someone out there can help me, that would be grrreatly appreciated!!!!!

I go to CKO.....they just added a bunch more classes so it is easier to fit into your schedule

**IMO dont do the 10 week. Its just the class plus a little bit of one on one.....only do it if you don't think the class will be enough on your own.
also you can do one class for $20 and see if you like it. they will take the $20 off any plan you decide to do
