My 10 year high school reunion is coming up this year and they just started planning it.
They're saying $120 for 4 hours, cash bar dj and catering.

I've priced weddings cheaper than that... and he's looking to do it in November.
I think that's a lot, anyone else? What did you other old people like me pay to go to your reunion? That's $240 if I bring FH!

ugh I went to my 20 year 2 years ago! I'm 40.
It was $125 and had a cash bar. I almost didnt go.

thats ludacris!! I can get my nails, hair done, get a cute outfit or go on a nice B&B with the FH for that price...

It's at the freakin Melville Marriot.. why not a catering hall? Cause people have to get trashed and they have to be able to stumble to a room instead of drive? Take an effing cab!
Not sure if I'm gonna go... I didn't like most of the people I went to hs with.... but there are a few people I'd like to see.

It's simple for me... I just didn't go LOL... they did a 10 year for my grade school and i didn't go for that because I quite frankly hated everyone at that school.
But you just reminded me that my 10 for highschool is going to come up this year. That I may consider going to because there are a lot people I haven't seen in a while that i would like to - of course if the price is right LOL

I still see a lot of people I went to HS w/ -so it wouldnt be much of a reunion so if they said that price HELL NOOO i wouldn't go!!!!! And for it to not be at a catering hall for that amount - nooo effin way!!!!

mine was last year ... they were charging $60 per person and had 2 hours worth of open bar. i don't think there was food other than hors douvers (i didn't go so i don't know)
$120 per person is insane with a cash bar ... even $60 per person with open bar was too much for me

Mine was last year too. I think it was $50 a head with cash bar. I think there was some hors deorves or something. I didn't go. I'm not going to pay to see people that I hated 10 years ago and don't give a crap about now.
