Why yes Janna, yes I can. I am lucky enought o have found a Reform temple with non-kosher catering. Therefore, THERE WILL BE CHEESE in 101 DAYS!!!

THAT is a KILLER idea and I NEVER thought of it. I have to see if it is possible. Cheesecake is rather heavy and it may collapse. G-d I love you people.

Leslie, I once made a 3 tier wedding cake made out of Haagen Dazs ice cream...it doesn't get much heavier than that! definitely look into it...

This experiment has been done. It works, at least with Ricotta cheesecake.
I think that Black Forest had a cheesecake option for the wedding cakes - check it out!

Re: 101
I'm not sure why you guys are into cheese (aside from it being yummy ) but I was scavenging through my mom's kitchen stuff the other day for my bridesmaids party and I found her cheese cutting thingy (is there a name for it?!) and she told me it was an engagement gift when she got married in '72! So as soon as I get a pic of it, I want to show you how they cut the cheese in the 70's!
