almost all the Friendly's are closed up now... I haven't had it in a long time
But I did figure out how to make Reese's Pieces Sundaes at home just like they made them!!! MMMMM......

FI's cousin got me a recipe book of all the wonderful foods made in restuarants and candies. I have a great recipe for friendlies ice creams, york peppermint pattie, peanut butter cups, etc...
I packed those books and shipped them to FL.

There are some in Nassau... I am in East Rockaway, so far from one ( I think the closest is Westbury to here ) and it is Sunday, they would be closed by now
But I have Choc. Chip Cookie Dough ice cream and brownies here!! Maybe I'll make a brownie sundae tonight!

I did check all the supermarkets this past week for it, even the Super Stop & Shop, and they have everything but no luck. I was going to stop on the way home from work today but traffic was so bad it would have been watermelon soup.

yes, you can buy the Watermelon Roll, but NOT a reese's pieces sundae with whipped cream, and hot fudge
