$1.05 postage..........

So I weighed the invites..................
what the heck stamps do I get? I was all set to get custom stamps with zazzle but they don't do that denomination and it seems like a total waste of money to get two custom stamps to fit.............
any ideas????

hmm, thats a toughy...

If it were me, I'd do the $0.61 cake stamp, and the $0.44 rings stamp, and that is exactly $1.05. What do you think about that?

Good idea! That's what I'd do too.

OoO what a good idea! I will have to remember this when my time comes because I have a feeling my invites are going to cost more than $0.61 to mail!

I know...zazzle doesn't offer all denomiations.... Mine were $1.22 so I had to order $1.39 from zazzle...I would up a little rather than send them out with two stamps... IMO.

mine were $1.05 & this is exactly what I did. As long as they got where they needed to go, I didn't mind. If you live anywhere near Bellmore P.O., try to go there. I sent mine out on a Saturday morning there and it was the only pleasant, stress-free part of the invitation process. They set me up with a mail bin and let me stamp away. The guy behind the counter collected them between customers and hand stamped them for me. Good luck! It's such a relief to get them off your hands!

Mine are $1.05 also. I got the cake and the rings and should be stuffing my envelopes right now instead of being on LIW!!!!

Our invites are $1.05, so I bought the $.61 Wedding Cake and the $.44 wedding ring stamps to equal up.

Why not get one custom stamp for 61 cents then just do a reg 44 cent stamp....that would still look cute

I agree, I would do $.61 wedding cake and a $.44 wedding rings stamp unless you want to have cusom made stamps.

Much to my chagrin, I had to get the .61 cake and .44 rings...what I REALLY wanted was the King and Queen of Hearts (2 at $.44 each), and the cute little blue goat for $.17 The post office didn't have the goat though and I didn't feel like ordering it online, so I had to go safe and bridey, and my mother couldn't have been more thrilled lol.

Mine were $.81 and the envelopes were dark gold, so I just used 2 forever stamps (the ones with the bell)... I guess it could have resembled a wedding bell, and at least the color matched!!!!
