I wore Uggs under my gown for pictures outside. They worked like a charm b/c we had a ton of snow, and no one ever knew. I switch back into my shoes once inside. I used an ivory pashmina to wrap around my arms. It was really thick. I am not sure where my mom ordered it from, but I will ask her.

I bought all the girls and myself pashminas to keep them warm.
I never used mine and have no clue where it even is. Some of the girls used theirs on occasion. but not so much. The Royalton had a heated tent set up outside for us that worked perfectly for the smokers. you didn't need anything to keep warm.
for me... I lvoe the cold, and thats part of the reason i chose November. I also think that since we did nov 6th it was just the beginning of the colder days... so it wasn't that bad. I can see January or feb and some of late dec being really cold.... in which case we prolly would have used those pashminas more.

I bought a faux fur (off white) bolero from ebay that works PERFECTLY with my dress. It's not officially sized, but I'm usually a size small/x-small and would be totally willing to sell it to you after if your interested. I don't have pics yet...my sister is supposed to send them to me from my second fitting.
As far as my feet... I haven't really thought about anything aside from my wedding day shoes
If you're not looking to buy something you can always just wear a light colored pashmina you probably already have!

Honestly i bought a faux fur bolero. Non pro-pic below. But i swear even though it was sunny & only 45 degrees ( married on 2/14/09) i didnt feel the cold at all. I was totally fine until we got to the reception hall around 5pm. Then i put the fur on. I have a few pics with it on. Like in the car ( we had a Damilier it was convertable) and outside on the grounds. But mostly it was off. Its like your body doesnt feel anything that day! lol
