10'er with a program question:

Did anyone have a hospitality suite for their guests before CH?

I need to put a mention on the back of the program about a hospitality hour for the 'infamous gap.'

Anyone know how I should word this?

Are you having a reception card insert? If so I would put it on there. I wouldn't put it on the back of anything, because the only insert printed on both sides (if any) is the directions card, and many people may not notice it! Anyhoo, I would write:

Hospitality suite immediately following ceremony 5:00 pm (or whatever time)
Reception 6:00 pm

I am, but the invites are already done.


This would go on the back of the church programs with the remembrance dedication.

ETA: the only people that would need it are people that are going to the church but don't live in the immediate area nor are they getting a hotel room. Please this is just to make FMIL happy......

Maybe say something like 'for the comfort of our guests, there will be a room available at ____ (location) beginning immediately after the completion of today's mass until the cocktail hour begins at XX time' -- something like that, so they are aware of it.
