We went for 7 nights to Paradisus Playa Conchal in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It was all inclusive for food and drinks. Make sure if you go you do Royal Service (you don't have to book it, I found it was cheaper to just upgrade when we got to the resort) because it's an adults only pool area with no kids and very nice. The other pool is nowhere near as nice. Good luck!
