What is the range for a 12 piece band (including horns)? I just got a quote and I want to see if its within the range, or outside. Thanks!!
We are using NYC Swing and they are 13 pieces. I have found that most of the bands with 12 pieces are $8k and up.

I think that the band I am using, Soul Revival, would be around $9000-$10,000 for an 11-12 piece band. FM me if you want the exact price we are paying.

I had Niteflight and I can say enough great things about them. They are a 9pc band with a 3 pc horn section and 4 singers. I know they can go bigger but for us 9pcs was perfect. They go for about $4800. They are a vendor on LIW and do showcases.

A good band will run you between 800 and 1000 per musician. Some bands will do it per piece, meaning, they will charge you 2000 dollars for flute and sax, even though it's usually the same person who plays them both, but alternates.
