I know it's going to change 1,569,301 times by the time the wedding rolls around, but the 10-day forecast, which goes till 12/2 at this point, says rain and overcast for 8 of the next 10 days I'm reaaaaaaaallllly hoping that it's just getting it out of its system, because the 10th day, 12/2, says completely sunny, 51 degrees as the high, and 0% chance of precipitation!
Cross your fingers for me that we actually get that weather pattern to continue for 3 more days!

Yay! Almost 10 days. Mine went from rain to sun rain to sun rain to sun so many times it made me and DH bipolar!

Well, apparently Accuweather has a 15-day forecast, and according to that it's going to flurry 12/5. Fack.
Not concerned yet...I know it can and WILL change between now and then...just of course day before and day after supposed to be sunny, and I have the type of guest list where if it precipitates half won't come.
Oh well, I'll have fun with my 75 guests and snowfall regardless

If the day before and after are sunny then you are more likely to get sun. Weather often speeds up or slows down. I would be more worried if the days around yours said snow or rain too. But even then its to early to tell.

That's what FH said...it must be a pretty weak system if anything if only one day is 'going to be' affected by it. Not worrying yet...still really too far away. I'm just getting a mild chuckle out of it because originally we were picking between 12/4 (the Friday) and 12/6 (the Sunday) because of the minimum and price difference, which are supposed to be the sunny beautiful days now, and then FILs stepped in and said they'd contribute to ensure we could have a Sat night...so figures!

I don't know if yours is slightly different but the 11730 forecast is showing sun all three days, so if its still saying flurries there it is extremely mild since your not that far from Islip.
If it snowed after your guests were all there already it would make for GORGEOUS pics. So just look at the positive.

Seriously it kept saying rain, leading up to our wedding, the morning of it was gray but it held up.
Then guess what...............as soon as the ceremony started-TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR!!
It was raining like a monsoon in between the church and reception, and guess what??? None of us even cared!!
You will be fine.
