Honestly.. I can't believe it! I am beyond excited for the big day!
Any recent brides - any advice for the last couple of days?

12 days away! Advice?
I just got married this past weekend. My trick to staying calm was being very organized and making sure everything was done a few days before. Try to remain calm and seriously relish ever single moment of the day/weekend. It really goes by in a flash, and afterwards, you'll wish you could do it over again!

Agree...try to make the last week for yourself and focus on you!! Forget, the decor and all the other stuff and trying to accommodate last minute mishaps like running around town trying to find stuffers for your out of town guests! At the end I was so caught on everything else and others that when the wedding day arrived I felt overwhelmed and exhausted! Breath, and enjoy every moment! Smile and have fun!! Believe me if you let the small stuff bother you it will reflect on your pictures and day!!

This is really good advice I needed it too! I'm trying to get EVERYTHING done so when I drop off on Wednesday, I'm done and I can relax until Saturday. At the same time I'm going to have to keep myself busy enough to not just worry haha but I'm really looking forward to having a couple days off to relax.

I called in my final # and finished the seating chart so NOW I'm excited, haha! That was a beast and very stressful, so I know my advice would be to other girls, get that done ASAP and enjoy the last weeks!

Actaully, my one piece of advice though with SC is make sure if you want to use the grooms suite you tell them. For some reason they put all the guys in the bridal suite upstairs and we didnt use the grooms suite at all. I was so preoccupied that day that it didnt even occur to me until after my wedding. But it was kind of annoying looking back because some of the girls wanted to touch up, and it was just kind of tight. Also, I had to adjust my corset in the bathroom because they were all in there. I also wouldve like to have a girls only shot / moment before my ceremony and wasnt able to.
Not a biggie, but just figured I would share my experience.

Thanks! We aren't getting married there - so I doubt we will use that suite.. .but I totally understand what your saying! Glad your wedding went well! :) Can't wait!
