have to wear an arm sling About 2 weeks ago i woke up with a slight pain in my left shoulder, thinking it was just stress i didnt pay it any mind. Now 12 days before my wedding i cannot move my shoulder, left arm (very much), and the pain has traveled to my neck I'm here at work right now just waiting for my boss the get in so i can go to the hospital. I'm left handed, so i'm basically useless now What if i have to wear a sling, what if i cannot dance at my wedding ..I JUST WANT TO DIE, i'm in soooooo much pain right now

Did you maybe pull something and you are just unaware of it? Use some sort of heat on it for about 15 minutes and then get someone to massage it for you and then put an ice pack on it.....maybe if you go to the doctor they can give you some sort of muscle relaxer

Oh no! Well, don't panic until you hear what the doctor has to say... maybe it is something that can heal without the sling... or maybe you won't have to wear it that day.... good luck - and get to that doc quickly!

Last weekend I had a similar pain in my left shoulder. I could not raise my arm at all. Fortunately, it only lasted a few days. Hopefully, it will go away before your wedding

maybe you can wear the sling when pictures are not being taken like during cereomony and after. during your party put it on.
