O.K. It's rainy, windy, and just crappy. I have my gym bag in my trunk, but no desire to go to the gym. I NEED SOME INSPIRATION...what's on the fitness agenda for you guys today?
i just got back from the gym. did the tredmill and elliptical then finished up with abs
Im going to the gym after work.. I am booking my b-pics for this summer with Jenerations.. :)
well apart from my morning commute to and from work that will require some walking, I'm going to do my workout DVD when I get home. I can't even think about going to the gym in this weather and I have to pick FH and the guys up from the airport tonight.
I just did my wii ea active this morning. I also put jillian michaels 30 day shred on my netflix list. i really need to join a gym. How's Synergy??
