I can usually reach them Tuesday - Thrusday between 12 and 3pm.

Geez, I bother Dominick whenever and someone always answers and he has always called me back.
I think he's off Monday's. I would suggest a Tues - Thurs.

make sure you are calling the phone number and not the fax number. there is a message for the fax, but they don't always check it.
