congrats, that's a great achievement!!! i know how hard it is, i quit cold turkey years ago, and DH finally did so about 8 months ago. good for you!!!!

Besides agreeing to marry Paul, quitting smoking was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Congrats...you can do it!!. I have been smoke free for 14 months and it was the best thing I have ever done. The first 2 weeks are the hardest and you are there so keep it up!!

Don't do it! I wish I could have my friends Dad tell everyone how horrible smoking is for you. He was diagnosed with lung and throat cancer before Christmas and is going downhill quickly...It's heartbreaking!!! His daughter used to smoke but has since stopped.
