if you're looking to rent in a house you have a very good chance! I actually have seen a few 2 br for rent for $1400 plus utilities in garden buildings so its totally possible. FM if you want more info on the ones in the buildings. Good luck with apt hunting!

It's 'possible', but they're more likely in the range of $1,600 utilities included for Western Nassau if you want a good place.
Or else $1,400 PLUS utilities.

if my apartment becomes available - it can be rented for 1400 but that does not include utilities -- fm for more info.
it is in new hyde park.

WE have an apartment in our house that should be ready Sept 1 or earlier and are looking for 1300. It is 2 bedroom, living room , kitchen and bath.

We rented a 2 bedroom in bellmore but it really could have been a 3 because there was a walk through room we used as a computer room and we paid $1400 plus utilties.
