I haven't felt the baby move yet. I know that it can be anytime up to 20 weeks. When did most of you feel your little one move for the first time?

Re: 18 weeks and...
I felt her at 18 wks but was told that was really early. I read in What to Expect that many wait until 21-22 wks before they feel anything.
Don't worry! You'll feel he/she soon enough

With 1st babies you dont know what to feel move. It was bubbles for me it didnt feel like butterflies. Also your weight will effect what you feel. if you are heavier you wont feel as much.
I felt Emma move when I was 16 weeks. Dont worry you will feel it soon!!

Re: 18 weeks and...
I started feeling the baby move ever so slightly around 16 weeks-like KP said-it feels like bubbles. Just now (almost 18 weeks) am I starting to feel slightly stronger kicks/pokes below my belly button. I notice them most when I am really busy at night at work then go to sit down.

I do not remember for sure when I felt them the first time but I am guessing around 18 weeks. This time I felt things a bit earlier. I guess since I know what it will feel like. I am 19 weeks and now feel things daily. Up until last week it was only 1 kick a day. I have a co-worker who did not feel anything until 22 weeks.

I'm 20 weeks and felt the baby towards the end of my 18th week. Now I feel her a lot at night. Hang in there, you'll feel the baby soon. You might have felt it already but thought it was gas.

I never felt kicks or anything until like 23 or 24 weeks. But I felt like something was flooting around in there at about 20 weeks. Now at 32 weeks, it's non stop!

Don't worry! I went through the same thing. I wasn't sure that I felt anything until 23 weeks. I think it's hard to tell with the first baby. I probably should have felt her weeks before, but had no clue what to 'look for'. I was so worried for nothing. After 23 weeks, all she did was kick around in there day and night.

Re: 18 weeks and...
This is one of those things that is different for every woman. I happen to have been on the heavier side when I got preggo, but I still felt the baby very early - at 18 weeks. To me, it felt like a very small poke inside my belly.
There's no telling what a woman will experience. The books only say what the 'average' statistic is, but as I said before - EVERYONE is different.

Don't worry, I didn't really feel anything until I was 20-22 weeks. I was getting frustrated when everyone kept saying 'you haven't felt it yet' because they (those infamous 'they') make you feel like something is wrong! But every person is different. Besides, you might have felt it, but you thought it was gas or something!! I know that's what I did!
