I suggest looking in the department stores, they have alot of options. We just got our flower girl who is 18 months, a really nice dress at JC Penney. Macys & Lord & Taylor had alot of nice choices as well.

Just went to Burlington and OMGGGGG they have the absolutely most adorable little dresses!!

My FG was 18mo and we found her dress in queens...but Tri-county has a place downstairs in the basement that had a TON of cute dresses for that age.

Definitely look now that there are Easter dresses.
Also, I've seen christening dresses in sizes up to 24 mos, and those are usually cute and white.
