I've been searching on line and can't find something I'd like to wear to my eparty on 4/4!!
Why does it have to be 70's? I can't tell you NOW but I will be able to AFTER the party. hehehehe
Does anyone have any ideas or maybe even a site they've bought vintage clothes from? I don't want to make it totally blatent and wear the Party City Retro Outfit. It's too over the top. I think.

if you get a solid colored a-line dress. you can pair it with stockings and knee high boots and funky jewerly.
i would check tj maxx/marshalls/macys. good luck!

i just did a search for a 'mod dress.' This is the first thing that came up. its cheap!! if you search that phrase maybe you will find a few things. good luck.
also, urban outfitters has soem really cute, funky dresses!!

No mom doesn't and she was a skinny minnie back then. I don't mind used but I can't tell if it's not obvious, whether or not it's the right style. I need Garananimals for Grown Ups as it is.

I got all caught up in the eBay thing but will try again. Rustyzipper I did see but I'm not a size 0 - 2 and won't be by 4/4.

Ok let me think back- 70's hmmmmmm Definately retro. Go for something colorful, multi colored something like this
It helps being the old lady on the site. I actually remember the 70's
Both of those are great also. Now they call them Mod dresses, back then they were Go-Go dresses

hmmm.... actually mod dresses were the 60's more the Austin Powers era.... I recently went to a 70's party and it was DISCO! (my BIL's 30th bd was a disco party since he was born in 1978 we bruoght it back to then.. soooo much fun)
Woman wore bell bottom pants, hot pants and flashy dresses. Knee high boots and lots of big accessories... and don't forget PLATFORM SHOES!!!!!
Think Jenny from Forest Gump when she was all doped up and ready to kill herself in the hotel room. That was more 70's....... I'll try and find somthing for you....
