Dont stress it.... I was super nervous too but it went fine. He did not make an issue about not going to church...I explained that we try to go as often as possible which at the time was very little. After that he just talked to us about the church, etc and then did the interview which is done individually and they ask questions like if you want to have kids, are you already committed to someone else that would prevent this marriage, etc.....

Exactly!

He will also ask you about when and where you and FH (if he's catholic) received your Sacraments so have that info. ready if you don't know.

also, he will give you info. on pre-cana and other things you need to do.

the only way priests can say they will NOT marry you is if you or FH were previously married in the church and did not receive an annulment, neither of you were baptized, or if either one of you were a priest, brother or nun...which i highly doublt! they can also deny marriage if one or both parties is too young or one or both parties has a history of mental illness (they do this to protect the couple from a possible divorce...) they want to make sure you're ready and healthy....

so essentially, YES! you will be able to get married!
