I didnt even really go to the gym...I made my own diet by subsituting lunch for a meal shake..lots of fruits and veggies..Smart ones..Lein Cuzines with salads..I am amazed too how much I lost in so little time..I am not aloud to loss anymore..I have to maintain!!
