We had our first meeting with the Fh yesterday! We tried some of the food and it was amazing! Picked out our cake, linens and all that good stuff too! Wohooo

what was the deal with the cake? are they a bit flexible? I hate that they dont do a cake tasting. what did yo decide for linens?

They did not have a tasting. They had 3 to choose from. FH and I are not cake people at all, so we didnt really care too much lol. I know that prob sounds terrible. We did a traditional layered cake with canoli filling and yellow sponge. We are having our florist decorate it with flowers. As for linens, we are getting married in the summer and our color scheme is very light and breezy. We went with ivory linens and napkins. We saw the room set up with them and loved it We are not doing chair covers either. I didnt like them in the Camelot room
