We went last Saturday to show my Mom the sample- since she was only in town this past weekend before the wedding. FMIL went into Tasmanian Devil mode because she doesn't like the color scheme FH and I picked, nor the branch-stand (vs the traditional vase). She informed us it was 'tacky' and there was too much fillers....you all can be the judge.
The only changes FH and I requested were darker orange roses, and yellow lilies vs yellow spider mums. We have our second meeting in a few weeks, and this time- we are leaving FMIL at home!

My favorite part is the branch!
It was FH's favorite part too.....until his Mom said it looked horrible.That woman can take the wind out of anyone's sail in 5 seconds!
