1st Wedding Nightmare

So I had my first wedding nightmare.

Dreamt last night that my mom threw my shower this weekend. Way too early for my April Wedding. I never gave her a list of people I wanted invited. There was hardly anyone there. Of the few people there, I didn't know some of them. We haven't registered yet and there were hardly any gifts. When we left the place we only had to walk out to the car once and we didn't even have to hold much of anything. I didn't see the cake before it was cut. The decorations were mediocre. It was boring. There was some weird game at the end where some sort of sparkles were put in my hair and people had to catch stuff off me as I left except no one played.

It felt so real! So thankful it was a dream!

Awww! That's an extremely vivid dream! I think we all have these wedding nightmares from time to time where things just go completely wrong! Your real shower will be awesome - don't worry!

So vivid almost like watching a movie...

Just last night I had my first wedding dream as well.. but it was a bit too unrealistic to feel real..event hough it still did LOL>
My dress wasn't white.... it was a whole swirl of colors, and so not a wedding gown. My Mom supposidly picked it out in the dream. I woke up this morning with my heart racing, but no funny looking dress in my closet (yes, I even looked LOL) Soo... it's odd. I hope I do't get anymore...it was too odd for me to handle LOL

Omg, I totally feel your pain! I started having nightmares even BEFORE we got ENGAGED! One night i had a dream that FH got me a wooden ring with a pink stone and when he gave it to me the stone fell out

It's scary what we can dream up!

I'm sure this is the first of many dreams to come. It was too funny because in my dream I was actually trying to be respectful of my mom asking her how she got the guest list since I hadn't provided her a list yet, etc. I didn't want to be rude since she spent time coordinating it yet I was sooo disappointed.
