1st year anniv gift

If any of you have already passed your 1 year mark...what did you give your husband?
I'm wracking my brain about a gift and could really use some suggestions.

We wanted to go away for our anniversary but I'm IN a wedding on our anniversary weekend so that messes things up a bit.

I know 1 year is paper but what do you give?

Since the first anniversary gift is paper... I got my exhusband a star in our names. The deed to the star is paper :) and it came with a whole kit on how to view your star in the night sky.
