2 1/2 weeks to go and 10 people over the limit

150 rsvpd, only have room for 140 in our room that we booked.

the hall said they have no problem moving us to another room but we chose this particular room for sentimental reasons as well as the view. I need to make a few calls tonight to those who said they are bringing guests but were not invited with one.

It's good that we have this many people that want to come to our wedding. Better more than less but I am so affraid that they are going to move us to a bigger room and we can't move to a bigger room.

we moved to this reception location for several reasons but the two selling points were A. the room name. It's called 'the Rose garden' and my stepmom's name was Rose and she passed away 2 days before we went to look at the place, so it was like fate. B. because it has a city view, their other ballrooms don't.

any way you can fit more at a table? or work out something with you?

I spoke to the guy yesterday and asked if possibly we could have 11 at a table instead of 10 and he said that there was no way. So I told him that we would just need one more table in the room and he told me that we would have to add two because it will look lopsided Dosn't make sense but whatever.

so we figured everything out last night, got everyone in their spot and now someone from NY calls and says that they are making the trip afterall.

those tables must be really small to only fit 10. we are having 12 at a table. anyways, im sure it wouldnt look lopsided if they added only one table.. so what !! i would really talk to him again on that. i would rather have that then 2 extra tables with barely any room leftover.
