2 days to my wedding and..

I have a sore throat! For the past 2 days; its getting worse.

Girls, what can I take to get rid of it quick! I've been taking tylenol - any good home remedies???

Get a lot of sleep, drink a lot of water, take your vitamins!! I also took extra vitamin C and echinachea (sp) the week before my wedding.

First of, take 1000MG of Vitamin C every morning and every night. As for the sore throught, gargle with warm salt water. It sounds weird, but it works.

Chicken soup and OJ (but not together ) always works for me. Though if you're taking vitamin C that's probably enough. Feel better!

Squeeze the juice out of about 3 lemons throughout the day and I am sure you will wake up better. I always do this and it works. Keep doing this and it will go away. Good Luck and Congrat's. OMG 2 Days!

Take Airborne!!! If you take it as recommended at the first sign, it works wonders. The sell it at walmart and some drug stores have it. It's herbal.
Also, zinc losenges for a sore throad. Not the candy stuff that they sell. The zinc losenges in the vitamin aisle.

If you think you are getting sick go to GNC and get Olive Leaf extract pills
It works! I thought i was getting sick the other day and took some...i am fine

Oh and VITAMIN C!!!!

As a teacher, I always take 'Airborne' this stuff is amazing. One of the side effects is being very gassy but if it takes care of the soreness!

You what works real well on sore throats, very unconvential and my FH swears by it....

Bacardi 151 and diet soda very strong...
Wipes it out in 24hrs..

Gotta wonder about something that has a flame retardant screen!! 151 on the rocks with a splash of coke :) Kill everything!!
