(2) Gratuity Questions

(2) Gratuity Questions

(1) For those whom have more than one limousine, how much do you plan on tipping. Royalty says that gratuity is included but it's nice to give a little extra something to your personal driver. I have three limousines from Approx 1:30-5:30 (paying O/T) and they are sending the driver back to pick us up. What do you think is appropriate???

(2) When do you tip the Florist? I was thinking about this today and it's not like they wait around for you to show up or do they. I would assume that after they set up they leave. I'm confused on this one. Should I bring the tip with me or wait till I see there work and send it later?

I think tipping the limo is totally up to you. If they are already getitng a tip then you really dont have to and the florist I never heard that you have to tip

Really --- I thought everyone was suppose to get a tip. Wow I could be saving big bucks if that's the case. I projected 18% gratuity for all my vendors in my budget. Was I wrong?

Wow!!! I think I over estimated. I was giving out anywhere from $300-$600 a vendor. I hope that information is correct or my vendors might hate me. All my vendors own the Business.

Are you following those guidelines for your tipping?

Re: (2) Gratuity Questions

I will have 2 limos from Royalty (plus the pick-up after the reception), and I plan to give each driver $30-$50 depending on the service

as for florist, someone will deliver your bouquet (plus others' bouquets, corsages, boutoniers) to your home, right? That person gets a tip, and you might want to say that there's a bit more in there for whoever sets up the church and/or RH.
