2 hairstyles?!?!!?!!? ETA: Pics at the bottom

What do you girls think of having 2 different hair styles the day of the wedding???

Two of my bms are hairdressers and will be doing my hair that day. The other day we were playing around with different styles... well I love all down and curly like carmen electra had but I always say when Im dancing it will get flat and if its in my face all day it will drive me crazy.

then there is a gorgeous updo that she tried and I loved. So she suggested that she can do my hair down and curly for the ceremony and then since we have so much time inbetween the ceremony and CH ( and its feb. so we probably wont be taking many outdoor pics) that she can put my hair up in the other style. Its actually really simple and only took her 10-15 min to do.
Then I would have my hair up for the reception.

Opinions ?!?!

i say as long as ur veil and headpiece work with it...u should go for it!

Since you are able to do it why not? The only thing I thought of was will you mind that the pictures will be different? Ceremony pictures with hair down and reception pictures with hair up? If that doesn't bother you then I say be comfortable - go for it!

I thought it might actually be nice having 2 different hairstyles... something different in the pics kind of lol

i think thats a really cool idea. and since you have your hairdressers on hand for the day why not put them to work?

you're lucky that you won't have to pick between having it all up or all down for the day now.

I planned on doing this because I kept the hairdresser the entire day. But I decided against it after the ceremony was over b/c I liked the first style a lot and frankly it would have sucked up a lot of time.

I think it might take up too much time too. It's your wedding day, do you really want to spend it getting your hair done twice? Spend the day with your husband, that's why you're there. Wear it half up and half down, so you compromise. lol (just a thought)

I had my hair down and curly all day and it didn't flatten at all. They put so much hairspray in there it isn't going anywhere!

awesome idea!

hardly any of us would have that luxury, so I say definitely go for it (i personally cannot wait to see it )

And if you wind up loving your hair all down and its holding up well, you can always just forget the updo for later
