2 Hotel Blocks

2 Hotel Blocks

Has anyone done this??

Fox hollow is pretty expensive at $170 so I was thinking of doing a 2nd block at another more cost efficient hotel. I know I'd have to guarantee at least a certain # of rooms but I think I may want to be able to give guests the choice.

i have 2 blocks- a more expensive and a more budget friendly one. my contracts dont penalize me if rooms arent used, we didnt have to 'guarantee' anything we just blocked off the rooms until a certain date and if they arent reserved they let them go to the public.

we have two.. they're only about a $20-30 difference, one has a shuttle and one doesn't, but the one that doesn't is closer and imho a little nicer.
