Hi all like i said before I don't post here before but last time i did i had problems with my maid of honor with her not being around as much as i thought she should. This was my post before to give you a background
I love and appreciate all of them deeply but I feel like since I started getting the ball rolling my maid of honor hasn't been stepping up to the plate and one of my bridesmaid who I actually knew longer has been doing everything and put more effort and thoughts into everything. I feel like I made a mistake in my maid of honor. Has this happened to anyone? Apart of me wants to switch them but I dont know.
A family member of mine suggested I make my my bm who helped me a maid of honor too. Is that normal to do? do ppl do that?

I know exactly what you mean, are any of them married??? Maybe make the married one matron of honor and the single lady as maid of honor, also there are no rules on only one maid of honor

As for your situation, maybe your 'original' MOH doesn't really know what goes into wedding planning, I had no idea until I started planning my own and was probably a very bad BM myself back in the day

I have two. Beirut sister is married and I couldn't choose, so they're both maid(s) of honor! :)
