Hi all! I just wanted to review 2 places I went to in the past 3 days in case anyone is interested. I'll start with Wednesday..
Blue Lagoon Restaurant -West Babylon
I hosted a retirement party here on Wednesday night and let me tell you, they were fabulous! The waitresses were very attentive to everyone and the food was delicious!! If you are looking for a location for an engagement party, bridal shower, or rehersal dinner, I would highly recommend their private room. It can fit about 70-80 people.
Smithtown Landing Country Club-Smithtown
I went here on Friday for a Sweet 16 and it was beautiful! The staff was also very attentive and the food was good too. The cocktail hour had passed food and a vegetable/fruit table. There were about 130 people and it was just enough room.
Parties Alive-DJ
They also did a great job. They played such a good mix of music that everyone from my 6 year old cousin to the grandparents were up and dancing. The MC and DJ did a great job taking and playing requests and keeping everyone dancing. They also had a photo montage that was very nice too!
