I agree with post above (sorry can't remember name) do what you want. I don't believe in the MOH and Matron of honor thing I think that when someone is in a wedding they pay a lot and do a lot for the bride. They should all be recognized the same way.

You read my mind, lol. I was just goint to ask if MOH's should wear the same thing as the BM'S. I am having 2 MOH's. I want my whole BP to be wearing the same thing. I dont like the idea of the BM and MOH wearing diff dresses, IMO the pictures will be off, I dont know.

Can I ask you? What is the different, if any, between the MAID OF HONOR AND MATRON OF HONOR????

What I am doing is the following :

Going to have MoH wear the same dress as BM's but in a diffrent shade of the color that I choose.

Or

Have her wear a diffrent dress but the same color.

If I were having two MoH's I'd have them wear the same dress and color so theys stand out from the BM's

i think its a personal preference kind of thing i have seen
1.all the same dress
2. same dress, different (complimentary) color
3. different dress
see what they are comfortable in and what you like

any idea as to what you want?

If you want to distinguish them nyou can do it in other ways than the dress...

they can take special part in your ceremony or do toasts at different times, etc

I have maid and matron of honor and 2 BMs they all wearin' same dress, getting the 2 honors pearl bracelet to wear thats they only difference they'll have... There is no rule do what ya want!!
