2 Month Checkup!
Well my little breastfed baby has GAINED WEIGHT! She is in the 25th percentile across the board! She is now 9lbs, 9 oz. I am so thrilled since she only gets around 4 oz of formula a few days a week (when my husband watches her, he tends to think she 'needs a bottle') so she barely gets it anymore - which means my milk is working!!! Thank you to all my breastfeeding supporters. Really - such a help. It is truly worth sticking with it!
She is 21.5 inches long - and Dr. said that she is very easily stimulated. He said it's great becuse she'll develop and learn quicklly -but will tend to get overstimulated quickly which will cause the type of crankiness we see time to time. She did flirt again with the doctor - she is totally shameless, rolling around naked in his arms. Big smiles and batting eyelashes...a real tomato!

She was a champ and so was Mommy until we got to the car. ![]()
So we went to Babies R Us and had a shopping spree on spaghetti strap sundresses like any girlfriends would do after a hard morning! ![]()
So all is well that ends well. She's cranky out of control now, and I am supposed to watch for a fever...we could be in for a long night!
