2 (possibly 3) very good things!!!

1) Booked date with church for rehearsal. We got the Thursday before the wedding at 6:30pm which is perfect. I really wanted that day before the wedding to relax so I'm happy we were able to get 2 days before!

2) I have been having trouble searching for someone to shoot video for the wedding and just give us the unedited footage so I can edit myself. Also, video wasn't really in the budget so it would have cost us a little more overall than we were looking to spend. I'm so happy that my uncle has agreed to be our 'video guy' the day of the wedding and shoot it for us. Of course I want him to have fun also, but he is going to make sure to shoot all the major stuff that happens at the wedding, get a little random footage from the reception of people dancing and whatnot and then give me the vidoe to edit. I'm so happy that A) we finally have this area settled and B) we don't have to pay for it! LOL. Of course I am going to get him a something as a thank you after the wedding but I'm sure it's not going to cost me what these other guys were looking to charge me!

and the possible 3)....

I just called Monica's bridal for an update on my dress and the lady said that it might actually be in the store already. I am waiting for a call back to let me know. Fingers Crossed!

I do find it a bit odd that my dress arrived and I didn't get a call about it. I'm actually still waiting for the girl to call me back from checking the stock room. I hope it is in though. I would like to go see it once before we start fittings.

well it's kind of a peeve. I know I wouldn't be starting fittings until we are little closer but I would at least like to know that it's in the country LOL

The bridal salon just called and told me my dress won't be here until March!!!!

I know that's still enough time and that's around the time I'm supposed to start doing fittings but COME ON! It's worrying me that it's not at the store yet and I ordered in the beginning of June 2010.
