I'm doing awesome. I get some headaches and craving when im in the car or stressed out, but have realized that the cig will not solve any of my other problems.

FH has not smoked in 9 days, but he is having terrible mood swings from the carvings and keep yelled at me... then he feels bad and says he is sorry... but its getting old quick!!

another tip... i used to smoke. when i quit, i carried a picture of BLACK LUNGS in my wallet and every time i wanted to smoke i looked at the pic. sounds gross but it worked. and GUM!!!
