AND I CANT SHUT MY MOUTH!!!!!!! I eat anything and everything in sight :( I just bought a huge bag of chocolates!!!

Try to fight it and if you absolutely can't, buy good stuff, like less fattening... maybe dark chocolate instead of milk?

Try eating popcorn for a snack - it's pretty filling (make sure it's the reduced fat/light kind though).

Weight Watchers has some great ice cream treats, ooh and Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches!
