20 Pounds in 103 days?

What do you guys think?

Is it possible?

Anyone want to cheer me on, or give me a reality check?

That is definitely possible. I lost 16lbs in 5 weeks. You just need to be very good with points and getting exercise in.

My goal is to loose another 10-15lbs by my July 31st wedding. So we can cheer each other on.

Good Luck!

I lost almost thirty lbs in 5 months by going to the gym and using a nutritionist. It is possible. Good Luck.

I am hoping to come close to losing double that in 123 days. I may kill myself trying but I'm going to give it my best.

You can totally do it!

Thats completly possible, but I think with excersie as well as food changes....I have lost 20 lbs in about 60 days, with excercise 4 times a week, 1 hr a day...

Good luck!

I have 60 lbs in 9 months!!!!

totally! You will need to drink tons of water (take your weight, divide by 2 and that's the amount of ounces you need to drink daily).

Don't cut back tooo much on salty stuff. I mean don't dive into a bag of potato chips but I've heard that drinking alot of water *and* cutting back on salt can do something too - your body need some sodium in it.

Exercise, exercise, exercise!

My friend is doing some tape - I think it's lose 6 inches (or lbs?) in 6 weeks. She has lost 4 inches so far and about 5 lbs. She did the whole 6 weeks but not wholeheartedly so she's doing it again. But for doing it 1/2 way that's not bad.
