2005 Brides.....

Church is booked! St. Philip Neri, Northport @ 3pm. So excited. It's beginning to seem real now, (even though I don't have the ring yet )! Going to book the reception location on Sunday. Will post about that as soon as eveything is official (I am such a paraniod nut!)

Hi everyone! I've been engaged since 12/31/03 and we're planning a wedding for August 18th, 2005 (thursday night:) @ the Riviera in Massapequa.
You guys all seem soooo helpful and I can't wait to talk to all of you and get some ideas!

Just got back from booking the reception site.. The Carltun!!! I'm so excited! We signed the contract, then had a wonderul meal in their restuarant. Such a wonderful day. Now all I have to do is actually get enagaged... Hee hee!!

We are are down to 5 possibles for the reception, I know what church I want, and I spoke to my childhood parish priest and he will do the ceremony...

I know what the BM's dresses will be and the colors too... the girls will wear a deep dark purple, with all shades of purple and white flowers.

My favors will be small frames for the place cards, and small votives...

And I found my invites...

The DJ & Photographer seem to be giving me the most trouble, everything seems out of my budget right now..

wow, everyone has got so much done. All I have is the church and hall.

I am booked 4/1/05 at the Port Jeff Country Club. New to this site. Got engaged November 8th. Hall and Church are booked, so I want to take things slow for a while....

Have any of you 2005 girls booked the honeymoon?
We are getting married in January and taking a short honeymoon after, but we are waiting until the summer to take 2 weeks.
I was just wondering when we should start looking for travel agents.
